However, some customers find the headset to be heavy, and the bass may not meet everyone's expectations. Additionally, a few users have noted that the wireless range could be better.

Don't bother if you care about frequency response under 100hz. These have poor bass performance. Took them back to the store the next day.

These were great until they wigged out, as in one day i tried using blue tooth and while they were on my head they started producing an ear peircing noise and from that point on every time i tried to use them through blue tooth they did it so had to get a different brand.

Material quality is about the only reason these get any stars. They sound like a phone speaker, flat and whiny, even after tuning. They crushed my ears against my head and could only be used for 30 minutes withoit a break to avoid headaches. Another example kf paying for the name on these. Returned them for a pair of HyperX that are way better in every way for cheaper too.

I was told these would work with my Xbox. They did in fact connect to my Xbox but anyone I got in a party with could only hear themselves talking and almost nothing from me. I could adjust the party chat but no matter what I did, they couldn’t hardly hear me. The build quality was alright but that was the only high.

I have invested in many different headsets/headphones/earbuds etc over the years. What I use them for? Jogging outside, playing music and audiobooks and on pc inside for gaming (as well as Xbox series X). This is by far the most comfortable headset I have used, even more then my current steelseries 9X. What sets this apart for me is how you can clearly hear both sound/music from your phone and also your PC or console. I tried it while sitting by my PC watching some videos on YouTube and hooked up to my iPhone 11 through Bluetooth. I pressed on the Apple Music app to see if I can hear both what the pc was outputting and also the music from my iPhone and they both worked and were clear which is kinda great for someone that likes to have 1. Privacy while working on something and wants to answer a call while also listening to music or other sounds from a console or PC. So ya it might not sound like a feature you would normally use but I love the fact I can be gaming and say “siri call “fill in person” and it works” I also used them while jogging and they worked awesome with very clear good sound and comfortable without falling off even once. Will they replace my Apple pods? Maybe… Not yet though but very tempted due to the much better sound from the Corsair so it might happen sooner then later for my walks and jogs. Sound is amazing, very easy to use, finds devices very quickly on Bluetooth. Love the RGB colors on the ear speakers and again I go back to comfort. No idea how Corsair did it but man these are so comfortable. If you own a PS5 you will never go back to another headphone. I own a XBOX Series S and can utilize the 3.5 to hook up to my controller (so semi wired not wired depending on how you look at it). I will say that you are very limited when using it for the Xbox but if you are buying a headset for the Xbox Corsair has other options specifically for that use. Still I am able to use it on Xbox and although not enjoy the rich sound that I do when I use them for my pc or iPhone they still DO work on the Xbox (wired). Battery life is around 15 hours or more (not tested by me). So in conclusion: One of the few headsets you can enjoy using for both outside jogging and PC use Incredible rich sound Even more incredible comfort for long use and stay on your head for jogging which is a nice plus Use on more then one device with sound working seamlessly from both Works on Xbox Series X or S by connecting via 3.5mm jack to controller (but basic sound and use) Works on PS5 without a hitch Has a microphone that can be disconnected or connected (if you don’t want to chat you can put it away and bring it out when you do) Comes with so much: beautiful fabric storage pouch, wireless dongle trasmitter, charging cable, 3.5 inline controller cord(limited Xbox use) Also comes with Dolby atmos for headphones automatically when you connect on pc Would I recommend: Yes completely for everything except Xbox. If you primarily buying for xbox find another headset from Corsair.

Great quality headset. Though the cord is very finicky to get to work properly, also a fairly small headset. For someone with a big head like myself it can hurt to have on for extended periods of time. Having to keep re-adjusting it is a bit of a hassle.

Honest review time, The quality of the product is good but the sound quality is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. It sounds like you are listening to things through a tin can. If you have a previous corsair headset and thought the EQ settings would be the same in ICUE, wrong, from what I can tell each headset from corsair comes with different EQ names, I had the void elites before this and they were perfect, the void elites died and I bought these real quick so I can continue gaming, nope I returned the next day. If you are going to spend this kind of money on a headset, just get the steelseries arctis pro headset, waaaaaaaay better.

Overall sound quality is mediocre even with Dolby enabled. The mic side tone gives off a consistent radio like sound quality which is a bit annoying. Also the lack of a chat and game mixer is a big issue since the games I play tend to get periodically louder than discord and not having the ability to adjust between chat and game on the fly is a huge deal breaker.

[Employee of bestbuy] Recommendations for another headset around this price range so you dont waste your time, Review below these-- 1.Logitech G735 Aurora collection 2.Logitech G pro x 3. Steel series Artic9 4. Sony pulse (Nearly 200$ cheaper and outclasses in ever way beside having a microphone) Might be the worst over the ear headset I ever owned 1. Ear cuffs hurt after 30minutes 2. constant white noise no matter the preset at 85%-100% volume, once below that volume you cant hear it anymore 3.The sound quality is so trash compared to other headsets in this price range (sale price range) at 260$ this headset is just outclassed by any other brand. 4. The eq presets do such a minimal change to quality, bass, and mids it may as well not even be a feature.

      Hi,

Sorry to hear about your experience. In regard to the white noise - was your sidetone enabled? The sidetone volume may be adjusted via our iCUE software. As for the audio quality - the VIRTUOSO RGB XT does include a Dolby Atmos for Headphones license. You may enable it via Windows' Sound Settings after downloading Dolby Access from the Microsoft store. Dolby Access also has multiple EQ presets to choose from that'll suit your use case. Otherwise, you may create a custom EQ that tailors to your ears. If you have any questions, please feel free to refer to our CORSAIR LAB YouTube channel or contact support via our website - we'd appreciate the opportunity to assist.
