Virtuoso is a nice headset, corsair really outdone themselves with this one, it also has a nice 7.1 stereo sound but you can always do 5.1, either ways dolby audio or the corsair iCUE app both works very nice with this beautiful gem.

The headset is amazing so far and thats why it upsets me so much that corsair would look over such a simple thing. Lets go over the Pros and Cons. Pros Amazing Mic Quality PREMIUM materials and i did caps on purpose Very Light Headset Con Earcups Cmon bro $230 for a headset and the earcups (the most important part of a headset) barely fits my head . Literally the earcups are made for babies my ears are sore after a few minutes of wearing them because there is literally literally literally (3 times) 1/4" of space between the end of the ear cup and the hard plastic that jams onto your ear. Every single headset that costs more than $10 has deep ear cups. These are so thin your ears smush together with the hard plastic. These are on ear not over ear headset and I dont know how corsair can put a headset at $300 with this. This ruins the entire headset for me if I cannot wear them. The ear cups also get extremly hot and tehy are pleather and like every single other headset they do not provide you cloth version it would cost them very little in the cents to provide this so unfortunate they skipped out on this it sounds like they tried to cut corners with this one and iim going to go back to my Logitech Pro X Wireless which is better and less for $199

Just to keep it breif. The build quality and materials are fantastic. Comfort is mediocre due to the shallow ear cups and hard headband pad (not for people with glasses at all) Sound isolation is absolute trash. My voice reverberates inside the headset without the sidefeed feature on making it extremly difficult to hear small details in games when communicating. Lastly, the sound quality is absolute garbage. The most tinny and flat sound i've ever heard come out of a headset even after messing with the EQ for over 2 hours. the extreme lows and highs completely overwhelm the mids, and overall the sound profile is all over the place. Id be ok with all of this if it was an $80 headset, but for $230 this headset is nowhere near worth the money.

For almost $300 kinda expected better. The quality is nice and the design is cool but they just aren’t really that comfortable. The sound is okay but i wouldn’t say mind blowing. If you are looking for an upgrade these are definitely a step in the right direction if you can get them on sale. Overall they are good but definitely way better headsets out there for around the same price.

Great headphones but it doesn't have the spatial audio I needed for the game I mostly play. For music movies and story driven games they would be top in class!

Great head set have had for 3 years and they still work like brand new

NEVER AGAIN. THIS PRODUCT IS THE WORST. The headphones broke TWICE in one year. First the right earmuff came apart from the headset, now there is weird clicking noise going on with the new headset I got. NEVER AGAIN. This is an extreamly cheap product that they are charging over $200 for. You have better luck going else where and with a different brand. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT EVER!!!!!!!!!

That's it. We have it. The worst electronic equipment I ever bought in my life. I don't know where to begin with this. Battery life? I don't know, maybe like 25 minutes? I keep charging it but it keeps saying "please charge now". Comfort? These pads make my ears sweat like no other headphones does, and this is by far the heaviest headphones I ever owned. Quality? Well, the sounds is great but it keeps disconnecting for like half a second randomly every few minutes. Perfect when you're in game! I actually lost a few CSGO games because of these headphones because I lost sound in critical moments. On top of that, these headphones are extremely expensive for a brand that had no reputation in audio equipment: CORSAIR. It is bad bad bad, I regret so much buying it and I never ever written a review for a product I purchased before. Don't buy this, it's awful.

Worked well for a year and a half but the muffs ended up coming off, good headset aside from that

After an entire year of use, the ear cushions entirely fell apart. I dont know how to replace them or why they began falling apart in the first place but after only a single year I wouldn’t have expected them to do this yet. I really loved these for the short term I was able to comfortably use them at least. My favorite thing was being able to have the auxillary cord plugged into my switch while having the dongle attachment in my laptop and being able to hear sound from both simultaneously, thought that was pretty incredible.

Signal drops all the time even when walking around a corner 5 feet from the receiver. Horrendous feedback when using the aux cable and corsair still has no fix for this. Not worth the money go with higher end. You have to pay for quality, this is not quality.

I've owned 2 of these headphones now. DO NOT BUY. The first pair had to be replaced through warranty because the "leather" on the earcups pealed off and then then plastic clips holding the earcup on snapped and. The second pair can't be replaced through warranty and I've now had the exact same issue. DO NOT trust other people reviewing these head phones after only 1 or 2 months of use. Both of my pairs became unusable after about 4-5 months. And yeah the ICUE software that these things require also sucks and will cause driver issues and system crashes.

i would give these 0 stars if i could... purchased these about two years ago and didnt like them. but my boyfriend refused to let me return them. i finally decided to use the stupid things and its constant disconnect reconnect repeatedly every 30 seconds is on then its off. then back on and back off. its not a distance issue i sit about 15 feet from where the bluetooth dongle is plugged in. these things are just absolute garbage and now i cant return because my warranty just ended.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! It is a complete Best Buy rip off. The people doing these reviews look to be pretty stupid as these headphones are overpriced and less durable than a 25 dollar headset. My cat knocked mine off my desk and the headphones landed on the soft carpet and now the mic does not work anymore. The headphones are also very uncomfortable and designed for a toddler's ears. The sound quality is awful as you can't hear important game noises such as foot steps etc. Lastly, the headphones can't even last for 2 hours on a full charge. If you spend half the money of the price of these headphones, guarantee you will find something much better.

after a year or two the battery life has become way less its down to maybe 4 hours and thats not great for gameing.
