Signal drop behind window blinds!!

Horrendous feedback when using the aux cable and corsair still has no fix for this. Not worth the money go with higher end. You have to pay for quality, this is not quality.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Have you updated your VIRTUOSO and its dongle to the latest firmware version via our iCUE software? For optimal wireless range, it would be recommended to have the USB dongle connected to a USB port that maintains direct line-of-sight of the headset.

DO NOT BUY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned 2 of these headphones now. DO NOT BUY. The first pair had to be replaced through warranty because the "leather" on the earcups pealed off and then then plastic clips holding the earcup on snapped and. The second pair can't be replaced through warranty and I've now had the exact same issue. DO NOT trust other people reviewing these head phones after only 1 or 2 months of use. Both of my pairs became unusable after about 4-5 months. And yeah the ICUE software that these things require also sucks and will cause driver issues and system crashes.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i would give these 0 stars if i could... purchased these about two years ago and didnt like them. but my boyfriend refused to let me return them. i finally decided to use the stupid things and its constant disconnect reconnect repeatedly every 30 seconds is on then its off. then back on and back off. its not a distance issue i sit about 15 feet from where the bluetooth dongle is plugged in. these things are just absolute garbage and now i cant return because my warranty just ended.

Awful headphones

The people doing these reviews look to be pretty stupid as these headphones are overpriced and less durable than a 25 dollar headset. My cat knocked mine off my desk and the headphones landed on the soft carpet and now the mic does not work anymore. The headphones are also very uncomfortable and designed for a toddler's ears. The sound quality is awful as you can't hear important game noises such as foot steps etc. Lastly, the headphones can't even last for 2 hours on a full charge. If you spend half the money of the price of these headphones, guarantee you will find something much better.

You can download Dolby Access via the Microsoft store - there's no additional charge as the VIRTUOSO XT includes a Dolby Atmos license. From there, you may also determine which preset best suits you, or create a custom one to tailor to your ears. battery life is not great after few years

O that hurts

Poor material
