Whether listening to music or playing your favorite game, these headphones have been great! I love the surround sound they provide (Especially for the price). It's nice hearing people running around and knowing where they are based on the surround sound. Wish I would of gotten some with noise cancellation but after about 1/4 volume I can't hear my wife anymore so it works! I've yet to run out of battery either.. I've had some good 8 hour sessions and still had battery.. I just plug them in when I'm done.. Only other thing I wish they had was some way to charge them wireless but that's just me being lazy! Great all around sound and value!

They work really well, and are comfy. I don't get ear fatigue even after long gaming sessions. The range on these are not great, from my computer to the kitchen, which is about 25ft they start to break up and DC. However I had an old USB hub with a long cable, to which I plugged the dongle in and propped it up high towards the ceiling, after that the range is MUCH better I can walk all the way out to my car without a dropped signal. The quality is pretty good as well, though, I did accidentally sit on them and they did break. I duct tape it back together and they still work like new.

I got this as an upgrade from the Logitech Artemis and no regrets! It always works. Sometimes that is good enough. Long battery life, comfy, good sound. Cant ask for more!

I have been using these for quite a while, and they are stellar. What a spectacular price for such a great product. I was a little worried they wouldn't be up to the task but have been using them constantly for PC games and Discord chat. Everyone says they can hear me crystal clear and can't hear anything else in the background. The sound on them is fantastic, especially with the Dolby 7.1 on. Battery life has been excellent and its so convenient that they are wireless. These are my go to recommendation for anyone looking for a Windows headset. Excellent buy.

This headset is very comfortable and match for its price. Build quality is on point and battery is very good too. You can easily game for more than 8-9 hours on a single charge

These are ok, they are very loose on my head. Sometimes when browsing videos on youtube, while using the device it'll say "Audio Shutdown Initiated" over other audio coming out which gets really annoying. The RGB portion is just OK, the battery doesn't last long. This replaced a logitech that I had for a long time, I don't think I'll be keeping this one that long. The sound quality is good, and it's not uncomfortable when wearing. I just really dislike how loose it is

From all the issues you mention, sounds like you may need to reflash the firmware at least and see if that fixes the issues. If that doesn't, please reach out so we can help: support.corsair.com CorsairGaming

Great wireless headset, I bought it because it was the same pice as the standard wireless headset. Only complaints is that the mic is super sensitive, have to bend away from mouth and it can slide off your head easily if you shake / you head alot while wearing it. Other than that no issues works perfectly

At first, I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep this. It's a great sounding headset for the price range. The ear cups are not leather, so it breaths a lot better, and I don't have to worry about fake leather peeling and flaking after a couple years. It fits looser on the head. I have a XL wide asian head and I wear glasses, and this still fit loose on me. I definitely could wear this for hours without discomfort, but it's heavy enough I always know I have it on. Sound quality is great for the price point. I played with all the EQ settings and stuff, but really, the 7.1 surround is gimmicky. It worked with some things and not others. I could will myself to believe it worked, but it wasn't worth the hassle of worrying what setting i'm in for music or movies or games or phone conference. Things I love: 1. There's a visual queue when your mic is off (red light at the tip). 2. Voice that tells you if it's off or turned on. 3. If it's plugged into charger, it never turns off. If it's on battery, it will eventually turn off. 4. Mine's yellow. Love that it's not black. :) 5. Metal construction. I don't expect the band or swivel points to break anytime soon. 6. USB dongle is portable. I can move this to my laptop easily. 7. No sound latency like bluetooth headphones. Dislike: 1. I wish cable interface was a USB C connection instead of micro USB. You can never tell which way the cable is flipped before you jam it in. 2. Wish it was lighter. 3. Wish battery was replaceable. This is a big bulky headset. There's room, if they tried.

Love this wireless headset! The sound quality is good and the range is ok, think because of how I have the receiver plugged in I don’t have the greatest signal. I don’t think that it the headset fault at all, but absolutely love the software as it lets me know with voice that Signal is lost. Only bad is that the side tone still has problems and I am sure that’s 100% the software. I came from a headset that didn’t have Side Tone so it don’t bother me since if I need it, I just move the bar up or down in software and it comes right back. Battery last long, almost 2-3 days with heavy use whit the light are kept off.

Great headset, the sound is good and so is the range. They do run a bit big though so if it is for a smaller head you may find yourself returning them. Worth a try though.

The head set is great and feels nice on my head. My main complaint comes from the software. I like to have a bit of voice feed back in my headphone so i dont yell. And some times the feature turns off when i mute the mic and unmute it. It forces me to open up the corsair app and reenable the voice feedback which gets annoying. Over all the product it self is solid the battery life is average and the ear cups a super soft. Also for anyone upgrading from a wired headset it is worth. The abillity to walk around the house not limited by a wire and still have a connection to my desktop is super underrated. Would recommend.

I wanted to go wireless. I bought this headset and I have not been disappointed. It has great sound quality, fits perfect and it very comfortable around the ears. The previous wired headset I had was very tight around the ears which made gaming uncomfortable. This headset fits all m y needs.

Let me preface this by saying that I have many Corsair products, and have enjoyed all of them. I already had the wired version of this headset as my gaming headset, and bought these wireless ones for use at work. Using them to listen to music, videos, and for Skyping/Hangouts, these work exceptionally well. The range is good, speakers are great and mic quality is great as well. I do like how when you fold up the mic boom, it automatically mutes the mic, and the tip glows red to show mute: nice feature. The yellow version i got is a little in-your-face, but it's not terrible. Overall, an exceptional headset.

I was looking for a headset to replace my aging Logitech 2.4Ghz Wireless Headset H600. This unit appeared to be a long overdue upgrade. Sound is awesome. I have no complaints. But the shape of the headset (forward leaning) makes it prone to falling off. It's fairly heavy, especially compared to the simpler Logitech. But the biggest complaint I have is the unit constantly announces it is shutting down if you are not actively gaming. Sometimes activities require concentration, and I don't see why the unit must power down, particularly if it is plugged in.

this review might have taken a while but im actually glad it did, these headphones are by far the best, most comfortable headphones ever, at times i forget there on, the 7.1 is flawless, it actually picks up dolby atmos from the dolby app, i also found out they even have feedback, so you can even hear your own voice, which eliminates making mistakes when game playing online, with the icue app the rgb is really cool as well, you can tailor it to your desires, i would recommend these headphones to anyone.
