The problem was that i bough this with a wirelles corsair harpoon and due a problem with iCue (the software that corsair uses for the RGB functions on both devices) and the headphones didnt give me any sound, when uninstalling the iCUE i had sound but the mic didnt work, i tried by updating the drivers on my computer (an asus 2021 TUF DASH 15) and the firmware on the headphones but still nothing.I even tried to return this headphones and buy a new one thtat the onlyone they have in stock where i was, was the corsair void TGB elite but in the white color, that this cost an extra 20 or 40 dolars more and even changing the headphones i still had the same problem.At the end the only solution was to return this headphones and buy another brand (i did the Hiper X flight 7.1 that really works and sound AMAZING).

Loose fit

Could just slide off my head if I looked at the ground. Was not a tight fit round my ears, felt there was a gap at the bottom of my ear. This may be because my head is smaller
