Corsair does make some great products but this is not one of them. Ear cuffs were fantastic and comfortable the mic was great but the overall it's not really worth it. I suggest you read reviews heavily before buying these.

Avoid - new version is poorer quality and cuts out

It's been a couple months and they cut out and disconnect, and the battery does not last long when charged. Super disappointed that the quality has gone downhill for these. They're so bad quality compared to before. Yes, it is comfortable, but if it doesn't work does it matter?

Sorry to hear about your experience. For optimal wireless connection, it would be recommended to have the USB dongle inserted into a USB port that maintains direct line of sight of the headset. Adjusting the RGB lighting would also help prolong battery life. From the day I bought it I've had issues with audio constantly cutting out and getting staticy for no reason at all. Then, my mic just won't unmute period. Among other problems. Low quality headset, would highly reccomend to stay away, which is sad cause usually Corsair has great products, but these are not well made and should not be $100.

Hard to set up and mic quality is bad

The software that installed with the headset installed a completely different headset driver, and the rest was insane to figure out. Once I finally got it set up, and I changed the lights on it to some nice colors, I went to call some Discord friends. They said my mic quality was terrible, so I checked it, and indeed it was. Would not recommend.

It's a waste of money, it's so uncomfortable, it dies in less than a day, the software is dated and hard to navigate, and it beeps randomly. I thought it looked nice and I ignored the bad reviews but it just sucks. Save your time and money and get a Steelseries Arctis 3 or something.
