Great sound, very low mic volume.

But unfortunately, the mic sensitivity is very low to the point I have to talk very loudly for my friends to hear me, this is an Issue because I have a baby, and being quiet while still picking up crisp voice is a must. This item will be returned for a better quality product.

They hardly ever connect correctly or at all for that matter. I constantly get fuzz and cutting in and out of my audio. The dongle HATES staying connected to the headset. It drives me up a wall! I tried so many things to try and fix it. Corsair's "help section" did not help in the slightest. If anything made its connection worse. DO NOT BOTHER PLAYING ANY GAMES THAT REQUIRE SOUND AS A SOURCE OF GAME SENSE. Useless. Worst set of headphones I've ever owned. And I swear by Corsair. But these things. terrible.
