Battery life degraded to a noticeable degree, will just turn off without a low battery warning if unplugged, and the mute the mic function randomly decides i dont need to speak.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok so when I bought this product it came in nice packaging and all of that and then 2-3 days after buying it the charger port was messed up the mic wouldn't stay muted the battery was only working for a hour or two max when it should stay longer i lost the foam for the microphone even though that always happens to everyone that gets a headset with a foam piece for the mic the cable doesn't work very good and the surround sound doesn't even work correctly so i just went and bought a new one aka the razer black shark v2 X and let me tell you it is great but that's besides the point so please do not buy this unless you want to have 400 problems with it
