    Everything about this headset is great except for the MIC. Nobody can hear me, and I've done all the troubleshooting steps.

    I loved it but kept lagging, i tried it for a whole day with no luck, So unfortunately it didn't work well for me

    bought for iCUE. didnt work with my new 2k PC so i spoke with corsair for over a month trying different things. at the end they basically said that i have to use as is.

    Works ok I'd go wired.. battery life sucks and cut in and out some times but sound is good just wish I would of went wired.. running on windows 10

    Great headset if you have big ears/head.

    Tired about 3 different headsets that were around the $200 range and they were never very comfortable since I have a large head and ears. These ear cups are big and really comfy. I change them out for leather which makes them even more comfy. Corsairs icue software isn’t great though.

    SECOND TIME I have gotten this headset and I hate it still! Firstly this thing barely stays on your head, if you like music and bob your head at all, chances are it will fall off! Second the side tone feature for hearing your own voice just turns off when ever it feels like it! The Voice at random times says you're disconnected (sitting 5 feet away from your usb; it connects to that) and then re connects, but It just isn't a good wireless headset. I had to get wireless since my tower was on a high desk, but wire is the way to go, and afetr using this headset you'll see why.

    purchased these in june of 2021, at first they worked good, used every so often when i decide to play on the couch with my tv and controller, otherwise i use wired steel series headphones. but lately ive noticed that the battery life and charging has just been completely awful, they take hours to charge back up, and they die absurdly fast, i took it off the charger from 100% and it immediately dropped to 87%, in 5 minutes i was at 82%, in a half hour i was at 43%. Dont waste your money on these.

    Was looking forward to these, but they are not loud on my playstation 5. Even after installing udates on the icue software. Returning these. Not sure if it was because of being on the ps5 but the volume toggle in the head set wasn't working.

    Big big fan of the corsair headsets. Was bummed this one doesnt work wirelessly for the xbox, so keep that in mind. I ended up returning and buying a wired version of these. Love them though!

    Looks great and WHEN it works it sounds great. But looks can be deceiving because with this gem it gets stuck in rest mode quite often and to get it to turn back on, you must unplug and reboot over and over again until it finally turns on. Or in some cases, give up and move on with your day. I don't recommend this brand because after more research we have discovered that many people experience this particular issue unfortunately.

    i have own three of theses through out the years. they had some issues with the volume control on the headset. this last one that i am using now they seem to have fix the issues. this is a great headset.

    I actually returned this due to connectivity issues with the dongle. I’d say it is comfortable and you get a good one then it is a great product.

    This is our second pair, so they must be good. My son uses them for PC on dyscord. First pair shorted out at about 2 years, but we had replacement insurance and received a new pair. He's hard on them, so I'm sure he's partially to blame. :)

    I bought these to use with our PS4 Pro and they get two stars because there is sound but that's it. You can adjust the volume or change the EQ settings. These are meant to be used with a PC.

    Constantly spammed with "microphone off"

    I can't hear anything in game because I am constantly spammed with the stupid "microphone off" notification. I tried resetting it like the forums said, but it does nothing to help. Apparently QC is lacking with these, because it is a fairly common problem. This has made playing games with sound impossible, and I am forced to use my monitor speakers until I can get some decent headphones.

    So disappointed the headset disconnect and reconnect every 20 minutes the battery don't long more than 4 hours and you never know when the headset is fully charged.
