    It’s a little uncomfortable that the band has to go more towards the front of head. Had trouble connecting to included adapter and Icue software.

    Mic worked for 6 months then gave out. Low mic issues from the software.

    Hard to set up and mic quality is bad

    Cool headset, but was ridiculously complicated to set up. The software that installed with the headset installed a completely different headset driver, and the rest was insane to figure out. Once I finally got it set up, and I changed the lights on it to some nice colors, I went to call some Discord friends. They said my mic quality was terrible, so I checked it, and indeed it was. Would not recommend.

    sometimes I can hear the person that I'm talking and they can't hear me but sometimes they're work sometimes they're don't people can barely hear me

    so i ordered this headset a while ago because my friend had the same model and recommended it to me. it was great for the time being; however one night it flat out stopped working. there is no warranty anymore and i cant get a rma or even a refund. if you do decide to buy this headset, DO NOT HOLD DOWN THE MUTE OR POWER BUTTON WHEN PLUGGING IT IN! this is how my headset broke, and other users have faced the same issue. save your money.

    This headset is horrible, DO NOT BUY THIS HEADSET PLEASE. It's a waste of money, it's so uncomfortable, it dies in less than a day, the software is dated and hard to navigate, and it beeps randomly. I thought it looked nice and I ignored the bad reviews but it just sucks. Save your time and money and get a Steelseries Arctis 3 or something.

    Returned due to not fitting my head. It also felt cheap overall. Ended up going with the G935 instead and haven't looked back.

    I would give this headset 0 stars if possible. The only redeeming quality is the audio experience- top notch. But the microphone is defective. I bought brand new a year ago and it became defective soon after, but I had to do a RMA through Corsair since its defectiveness was AFTER the Best Buy Return Period. I just received a brand new headset from Corsair today and the microphone was defective right out of the box. Now, I can't get a refund since I didn't purchase it from Corsair directly and I may not even be able to get a different model headset on a new RMA. Don't buy Corsair Headsets. Period. I'd recommend the Hyper X Cloud Stinger Core Wired Headset $20-$40, but the mic works. Audio isn't top notch, but it's functional.

    Having never used a gaming headset before, it did take some getting use to, but worth the money spent. I love that it was plug and play, no setup or downloads necessary for my PS4.

    I was super excited to get these bad boys, but this was short lived. The headphones themself do not connect to icue. I’ve spent hours on hours going through software, scanning and repairing, changing USB ports but nothing worked! Additionally the Sound quality on them was subpar. It would disconnect and then reconnect, voices came across distorted, and the mic is super quiet. For 100 plus bucks you can do way better
