Mind you I am on PS4 so it could be better on PC so I’m strictly talking PS4. No matter what I did I could not get the headset to sit properly on my head and I have a big head. The sound is super low no matter how I tried to adjust it. Overall very disappointed with this headset so I’ll just stick with my Corsair HS70 pro wireless

No idea how or why but it looks like it was made cheaply. Headset would cut out in the middle of gaming voice chats as well. Not impressed.

The lighting colors were awesome and it sounded good.. my issue was that it was too big and it hurt my ears and bending over they would slide down and I'd have to worry about then falling off and hitting my baby. :(

The headphones work fine, range is ok. But the dongle is so cheap that it needs to be held just right. I'm using an USB extension just so the dongle doesn't move. Corsair site is useless other letting me that you can't replace the dongle. And since I can't replace the dongle, I'll probably have to buy a new pair of headphones soon.

The setup and use was quick and easy but I did not enjoy the sound quality of them. I think it had to do with the foam ear pieces that affected the sound. I do own Corsair everything else so I was surprised that I did not find these of better quality.
