The good thing - we an insurance and it helps to replace it every 2 years. Otherwise, I would not purchase it again. The headset has a different type of issues: Quality of sound, broken and loose parts in one year of use, and etc. It looks nice but the quality should be better.

Defective but NEW

Good headset...just not solid.

Only used it for a total of two times, and upon the third time, I discovered that it no longer works properly. I have to constantly repair the item, and the power button no longer works. For the price, I would have thought it would have been a MUCH better product.

It also suffered from random frustrating disconnects. I bought the virtuosos and have none of these issues, so it looks like my set was just unluckily bad. I have the wired void's and they're still great, years later.
