USB Wireless adapter is an issue

It was working fine until it broke. Please advise on way forward as the headset seems sturdy for day to day usage.

Cant have it off the usb charger for more than five minutes before it starts to die. This is no longer a wireless headset, but a wired one. For 100 bucks get something much better. Corsair is only popular bc they have a cool logo, imo. They make some cool stuff but I have not had the best experiences with their products. I am sticking with HyperX and Logitech here on out.

Do not get for PS4

Random bad headset?

The left earphone went out yesterday May 18th. so they basically lasted 10 days. wont be buying Corsair headphones again. time to return them.
