    5 Months and they no longer charge

    Five months old and no longer will charge. I only had these headphones since August of last year. Unable to even charge them anymore. This will be the last time I order Corsair headphones. I had the same problem with previous ones, at least those lasted a little over a year.

    This may be a quality headset for PC, but it’s one of the worst I’ve ever used for PS4. The sound quality on this headset is average at best. When using the microphone at its highest volume, my party struggled to hear me. Not to mention they needed to be updated before initial use. Biggest waste of $100 I’ve ever spent.

    Worst Headset Ever Purchased!

    For the price I paid for this headset, I was expecting more from it.., however it did not fit my headboard right, and there was little to no adjustments that could be made for comfort. The sound quality SUCKED, and I am genuinely surprised this headset was priced at $100, and frankly, I was relieved to get rid of it.

    Great Headset for any type of gamer

    PROS: Comfortable for hours of use Great sound clarity Flip-up to mute mic High quality materials RGB sync with PC Windscreen for microphone included Hours and hours of battery life Wireless CONS: Ear cups are as tight or snug as other heasets Medicore microphone sound quality Wireless only, no AUX Oversized dongle Doesn't turn off automatically when not in use This headset honestly exceeded my expectations. I normally use a pair of senheiser headphones which run close to $300. I got these corsair headphones to use with my Virtual Reality and ditch the wired headphones. At first I was skeptical of the quality considering the cheap price versus my higher quality headphones. I was very wrong and these are great! I find myself using these more often than my expensive pair simply because they are wireless and allow freedom to walk away without worry of having a cable. I wanted to explain some of the cons since the pros are pretty self explanatory. First off, the cups don't fit very well on my ears. I don't know if it's just me but I have a very average head. I don't think most people would see this as an issue. I do because my other headphones create a seal around the ear which improves sound quality a lot. The sound quality is still good but could be better. I use these with my ps4 occasionally and when I do I have to turn my microphone sensitivity to the max in order for my friends to hear me well. Not a big deal but comparing to my other headphones which need almost minimal sensitivity. Wirless only no AUX, not a big deal for me but some people may see it as an issue. The dongle for some reason has all these extra plastic bits to make it look cool. One word: why? It's pointless and dumb for a dongle. Last con that annoys me is that it doesn't have an auto shut off feature when it doesn't have any sound coming though. I've had other wireless headsets that can detect whether or not they're in use and will shutdown.

    I wish Best Buy gave the ability to give 1/2 star ratings - these would get a 4.5 . They're rated for 16 hours wireless activity. I've yet to use them for 16 hours , more like 10 but they show no signs of slowing down! No doubts they will go the whole 16 hours! Sound is very crisp, but is lacking just a little on the low end. Volume is superb, they just don't give the bass quite as well as a regular headset would. Seems manufacturers want to cut the bass a little in exchange for a microphone. Oh well - they're great headphones and sure anyone who tries them will enjoy them!

    Fell out of love with these pretty fast

    I used this headset for about a year before I got sick of it. The only good thing I'll say about these is that the actual ear cups were comfortable; due to some scarring on the side of my head I have trouble finding headsets that are comfortable. The volume wheel on the ear was also a nice touch. That is not my issue with these. The headset is bulky and heavy so keep your head perfectly still. Even then they'll actively slide around on your head if you have anything but short hair. But my neck muscles have improved using this headset. The battery is kinda unreliable so I had them plugged in more often than not, which negates the wireless part. The range isn't great when I did unplug them. The mic doesn't stay in the up position and unless you turn it off in the software, there are endless notification noises that are super annoying. In general it's my bad for springing for a fancy, wireless, light up "gamer" headset whose bells and whistles became annoyances rather than features. But these are in the trash and I'm actually better off with some old earbuds. Having said that, I'm happy with my Corsair mouse and keyboard.

    Return date ended April 29th, it went dead April 30th. It's been used 4 times, charged twice, and now it's dead, doesn't power on, doesn't act like it's connected to USB, nothing. Totally dead. Didn't expect this from Corsair or any $100 dollar headset.

    Only 4 months and now it's DEAD!!!

    I bought this brand new back in October 2021, now it does not have a power and no power coming from the USB cable charger either. And yes, I tried to plug in the USB cable thru my laptop and then to a USB outlet....NO POWER!!

    Bought these for my son and what I can say about these they are poor quality.. can barely hear from them even if the volume is all the way up also had a lot of complaints from the other plays saying they can barely hear what your saying. So I don’t recommend them.

    Good performance for price for a wireless headset. I'm not an audiophile but I was worried about lag, I don't really notice any. I use on PC. The guys I play with say the sound quality is good\fine through the headsets microphone. I haven't played around with RGB settings or anything, I don't even know if you can? But the headset does light up and it cycles through colors. I would recommend, but again I'm not an audiophile so all I can tell you is it works as advertised.

    I need to bring this headset back because it does not stay connected to my ps4, which is what the headset is intended for. This is not Best Buy’s fault, it is the manufacturers fault. Best Buy’s customer service was and is great

    This is actually my 2nd pair of these in 5 years. The first pair actually still works, however thanks to the cable guy "He knocked them off thew stand" broke the plastic rgb lens that covers the battery, so they glitch in and out. If i had any complaint it would be Battery Life. the first set, the battery gave out in 6 months, now mind you i do continuously use these. Another thing is I bought the White set also for my fiance, However something is inherently different between the white and black sets as the ear pieces are ever so slightly different and for myself very uncomfortable while the Black i can wear up to 8hours straight only adjusting slightly while gaming, listening to music whatever. There is also a Sound Quality difference between the white and the black.. Black having a Much higher sound Quality over the white.Don't quote me, however i believe they are using different hardware internally as it took me forever to dial in the white ones for my Fiance using the Icue software "which btw is not the greatest equalizer". gaming is awesome as surround sound is locked nice depending on the game of course, very immersive and listening to music np, great clarity. I would say for the price, out of the box the Black set is awesome!

    This headset (that I bought on 5/19/21) no longer works. That is a $100 headset that lasted 7 months. I would not buy this headset again if it was the only one left on the shelf. Beware!!!!!!

    These are the worst wireless headphones ive ever had. Range is no where near what it says. Constantly disconnects and reconnects while im right next to my pc. Mic shuts on and off constantly.

    Stop working and charging after 26 days and guess what you can't return it because return policy is 15 days. This is second time i have problems with best buy, probably it's my last purchase here...

    Pro: -Feels comfortable -Sound is quite good for the price Cons: -Unit came with a defective battery -Requesting RMA is extremely time consuming and slow -Sound was extremely low in some games/applications, found in reddit that some other users were having this issue and they agree iCue is to blame. They had some workarounds installing 3rd party software that I didnt want try for safety reasons Notes: -I requested an RMA for the defective battery, and after some weeks of emails back and forth, they agreed to send a new unit in exchange of the bad one. -The new unit I got, was a big improvement in battery life, this confirms the in fact came bad from factory. After some weeks of use, it started acting weird with some apps. I really dont want to go though their paintfull RMA process. I'll give it away and placed an order for a Razer headset.
