We operate a small call center. We've tried multiple headsets and this headset has an excellent microphone with incredible noise cancellation as well as incredible sound quality. It has been our go-to headset for 3 years for all our reps. In those 3 years, we've purchased about 20 of these and only ever had 1 fail and it was that the microphone boom jammed in the down position and our rep forced it up, breaking it. So, as much user error as an issue with the headset itself.

Comfortable headset that works with glasses. Wireless range is decent and the battery is good enough to use for multiple gaming/work sessions.

[Employee of bestbuy] The quality of the headset is great but my only issue about this is that it advertised that it “can” be used for ps5. Everything about the headset is great but you cannot raise or lower volume on the headset. You have to manually adjust the volume in game or on the console.

High quality sound and very easy to connect wirelessly with the included dongle. This was an upgrade from a $20 cheap set and the upgrade was definitely worth it. Comfortable and very nice set of headphones.

I love this headset. I've been looking for a gaming headset for a while that combined comfort, quality and cost. This one covers them all.

This is my second pair of these. I am not tech savvy, the software is necessary to keep up with the updates and finagle with the settings. Battery is real good, it is a micro USB for charging. It did not come with a wall charger which I feel is short changed. Distance away from your computer is reasonable 30 feet I believe they claim. Raise the the microphone and it will mute your sound to others.The padding on the top is cheaper than my older ones and seems it will break down faster. They are still comfortable. Will keep buying these as long they are offered.

I like that they are wireless and they have great sound. I had to turn the voice up in the Playstation menu. They were a good buy.

Has a good bass to it despite it being an older head set.

Never had one issue. Battery life lasts a long time, get bass and works well with Dolby atmos! Hours of comfort! Highly recommend.
