Not only is there a mute button, but can also easily mute by raising mic, with audio indicator to confirm you are muted.

It just got way too loose if I turned my head i had to re adjust it. My ears held it up which ended up hurting. I got it on recommendation from others that really love this headset. I think my head is just too small. Otherwise great product

Sorry to hear! Hope you find something that works better for you. Not certain that our HS series headsets may be a fit, but try to see them in-store as that could be what you need.

I have had it for a week now and for the price the audio and microphone quality are incredible! The only flaw is the wireless dongle but hey, it is still pretty exellent.
