Faulty battery on arrival?

Used it a few times, but died about 2-3 hours into use. Charged while using it because I can’t stop working. I’ve seen it go solid green twice since I’ve owned it while charging on its own and I think the battery Just doesn’t hold its charge very well. Hopefully it was just this one bad one. I stepped out of my comfort zone to buy a nice headset and am a little disappointed.

Even after installing udates on the icue software. Returning these. Not sure if it was because of being on the ps5 but the volume toggle in the head set wasn't working.
