Customers enjoy the superb sound quality and comfortable fit of the VOID RGB ELITE Wireless headset. Many appreciate the long battery life and wireless convenience, along with the customizable RGB lighting. However, some users find the headset to be a bit large and heavy, and the volume control could be improved. A few also noted that the bass response and software could be enhanced.

Gaming headset for conference calls

I work from home and wanted to get a wireless headset to use for conference calls. After buying and trying the Bose 700 - Wireless Noise Canceling headset, my team said I sounded muffled. So I got these because they use a 2.4 GHz connection instead of Bluetooth, and the call quality was much better! Only complaint is the headset is a bit too big for my head.

This headset has great audio quality and it’s mic is also very high quality. The mic only picks up my voice even though my keyboard is pretty dang noisy. On top of that there is the audio from your games. This headset is crystal clear and has great directional audio even though it’s wireless. This was a headset I bought to replace a lower quality one I had bought earlier and it shows greatly. I would recommend this to any person who needs a good quality headset. It was a bit hard for me to set up but that may just have been because it was my first wireless headset and I may have been a bit braindead while setting it up. But otherwise no complaints on this product

Great sound output! Playing RDD2 or GTAv souls is great but you have to hard wire for 7.1 surround sound . Not that big of a deal breaker.
Battery does not last all day but for at least 4-5 hrs is good. The frame is well made and tough . Feels like there is metal on the elbow parts that connect the speaker to the headband. I would definitely buy again
The top head band is a little cheap and squishy.

Fantastic Headset, High Quality, Amazing Audio

Love these headphones as they are super comfy and have almost zero pressure on the head/ears. Most headphones have pressure and cause that circled or suction around the ears but these do not. I do wish the earcups were leather though as they can become a little itchy sometimes. Loved it so much I bought the wireless version. I also bought these before for a friend. Audio quality is nice and the mic is perfect and fantastic when YouTube on the phone in-between loading or game lobbies as it doesn't usually pick up the background noise. Love the wireless version, it's amazing and makes it so easy to walk around. Great distance too. Zero Issues.

I spent extra for quality hoping that the two go hand in hand and I was not disappointed as of a few months of owning these headphones . I’ve had avid gamers who seem to be in the know compliment the quality of the mic and even asked how much and what they were.

Easy to install, easy to use, easy to enable / disable the mic just by flipping it up. Just plain easy. My ears are prone to get hot and I normally do NOT like wearing headsets, this aren't too bad at all. Oh, and the quality is great. The guys and gals I raid with noticed right away when I swapped to this headset. Thought I sounded clearer and easier to understand. Previously I was using a $300 Shure Digital performance mic, so tells you where these guys hold up. Bravo all around at this price point, sub $100 for $200~$300 quality for sure.

I absolutely love this headset. Prior to purchasing it I had went through a few different headsets never really wanting to stick to the same one. I have 2 for myself, bought one for my dad, and one for my nephew. They both love it as well. It does absolutely amazing 360 sound with my gaming system. Granted this depends heavily on your sound card and driver but if you have a good source this bad boy can live up to the hype.

I really wanted to love these but ended up returning them. On day 1 right out of the box I had issues with the left earcup not producing any sound, after restarting my PC and making sure the software was up to date I finally got them working and they sound fantastic, the mic is great and I love the feedback / LEDs that let you know the mic is muted / unmuted. build quality feels incredible and sturdy, i don't think these would break on you anytime soon.
however, i returned them because of two main problems through my few days of using them.
1. they auto-shutdown once every few hours, even while sound or music was playing. the only way i could find to remedy this was to either exit and restart the corsair software, or entirely turn the headset off and on. It got very, very annoying by the 2nd day.
2. they are super, super loose. i have a big head, so this is really saying something. these things literally feel like theyve been stretched out theyre so wide. you could probably wear them over a thick beanie and theyd still slide off your head when you lean down. I buy wireless headsets because i like to get up and walk around and do things in my room while keeping my headset on. this sorta falls apart when they go flying off my head any time i turn or look up / down. I hope they fix some of these things because they could definitely be the best wireless headset under 100 dollars with some improvements.

Ive been using voids since its first release in 2016. Great comfort. Deep dish cups. So i have hard ears and these give enough space to not press on my ears. Have put easily 15000 hours into gaming with them. Will NOT change headsets anytime soon.

Purchased these after consulting with a BB rep that assured me they where compatible with my PS4. Wish I did my homework first because they are partially. Can’t control the volume from the head set only on the PS4 settings. I wonder if the wired version is the same. Only keeping them because my son needs a new pair for his PC and got the price match for $67.

Hi Grim,
That's correct, the PS4 limits volume control output to the settings for this headset. If you have further questions, please contact our support team: support.corsair.com

The headset feels very sturdy and durable. It certainly does not have the "cheap" feel. The earcups are large, extremely comfortable, with very little to no clamp force (which can be good or bad, depending on your preferences). I found the headset on the heavy side, creating pressure or hotspot on the top of my head (to which seem to be sensitive). The sound is good but I found it on the quieter side. My issues with the headset however are related with the software - I'm not a fan of it and that's a personal preference. Many however actually want to have that software (for EQ, lights and other purposes) so you might find that to actually be a pro. I could not turn the RBG off without having the software installed. All that RGB does is draining the battery faster and the battery life ends up being quite poor. Mic is okay, but I'm certainly not a fan of non-detachable mics.
In short, they feel very sturdy, the earcups are actually amazing. Their weight however seems like was too much for me and the pretty much "must have" software is a no for me. Again, the cons I mention might actually be pros for you, it's very individual.

They are well priced for the features and sound. They have a little more bass than I am used to, but the sound is generally good. Fits well on both small and large heads and is comfortable on the around the ears. My 2 favorite of features are the wired or wireless playing on pc. It will charge via USB while you are playing or you can play wirelessly with the dongle. The other feature is the mic mutes when you flip it up. They are a bit plastic-y but they don't feel like they are cheaply made.
