The good thing - we an insurance and it helps to replace it every 2 years. Otherwise, I would not purchase it again. The headset has a different type of issues: Quality of sound, broken and loose parts in one year of use, and etc. It looks nice but the quality should be better.

Defective but NEW

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I sent it overseas as a gift and it was intact however they said once they plugged it in it had static noises which is insane to me it was a brand new headphone and i couldn't return it because again it took 3 weeks to be shipped because of the Covid and now my receipt is not valid ! the item was factory defective.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hated it, I thought it would be a great headset since you know it's a Corsair headset but even after I resetted the headphone, read 50 articles on fixing and downlading the ICUE software for the headphones it sucks I keep hearing my own voice through the headphones and the lifetime isn't great, I hated it will return.

Good headset...just not solid.

Only used it for a total of two times, and upon the third time, I discovered that it no longer works properly. I have to constantly repair the item, and the power button no longer works. For the price, I would have thought it would have been a MUCH better product.

defective out of the box

It also suffered from random frustrating disconnects. I bought the virtuosos and have none of these issues, so it looks like my set was just unluckily bad. I have the wired void's and they're still great, years later.
