    Had to raise mic volume almost all the way up for decent hearing. Didn’t fit me either, felt loose. Had very cool features but won’t be using it.

    NO SOUND

    There was no sound and my pc said they were connected. When troubleshooting I could also hear the beep that the troubleshooter plays for you. I found a solution online that said to hold down the button next to the led indicator on the doggle but when I pushed it down it was already flat as if it was broken. I also should say I connected the USB to the pc using a USB-c type adapter because my pc doesn't have any regular USB ports. I was very disappointed that I will have no choice but to return them.

    Always turns off without cause

    This headset works well, except it always turns off on its own, at random. I have adjusted the auto-off feature and made sure nothing else was causing it. It isn't related to battery strength or signal strength. Sometimes it will turn off, you'll turn it on, then it turns itself back off. It's very strange. If you don't mind this inconvenience, it's a nice product.

    Junk don’t buy

    Headset cuts out and nobody can hear what I’m saying such a piece of junk don’t waste your money tried to return it but can’t find my receipt can’t believe I paid 100$ for something that doesn’t work right out the box

    Microphone Volume Ridicuously Low

    The microphone on this thing barely picks up my voice despite the microphone volume being set to 100% in both Windows and Discord. Don't waste your money if you want your friends to actually be able to hear you. Wasted an hour troubleshooting this that I'm never getting back.

    Known firmware issues for PC users

    Purchased as a gift for my husband. Apparently there is a known issue with these headsets where it connects and disconnects from PC constantly and there is no firmware fix for it. So he plans to return them.

    BEWARE OF CONNECTION ISSUES

    After using these headset for a year, I've had this issue where the headset will keep disconnecting and reconnecting to the dongle. I was waiting to see if there would be an update to fix this or something since I've seen other people having the same issue online, but nothing ever worked to fix this. Beware of this problem if buying! Other than that the headset works great. I will not be sending these back for my warranty replacement because shipping would cost too much and corsair does not cover shipping for you. It's more worth it for me to buy a new headset.

    Charging headset doesn’t work

    The headset works fine but when you try to charge it, it won’t charge and just keep beeping in you’re ear the whole day. I’ve had to stop playing with this headset because it doesn’t turn on anymore the charger is broken. This is terrible

    You have to have open USB ports to make the headset work. The dongle is the size of a 2000's USB drive and it makes the headset "wireless". Useless for consoles, phones, tablets, ect. A waste of money.

      Seems like you may have been confused. We don't advertise phone/tablet/etc... compatibility.

      We also don't claim the headset is true wireless in the sense that it does need a USB dongle to make connection with a compatible PC/console. CorsairGaming

    Don’t buy for Console

    Even though the Headset description states that it’s compatible with different consoles, it is basically useless. Bought this headset for my PS5 and upon turning it on, the audio is very low. Found out that it’s basically stuck like that forever. The only way to use this headset with increased volume is when using it on PC. Extremely unhappy.

    I bought this a few months ago It worked fine for a week or 2. MikeOff MikeOff MikeOff MikeOff MikeOn MikeOff MikeOffMikeOffMikeOff This was all the headset would do, and lots of static. It was so frustrating, it now resides in pieces in the garbage can. Avoid corsair.
