Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.had a bit of a problem initially getting them fully charged,it says to fully charge them before use so i plugged them into a usb port on my surge protector and after an entire day they still weren't charged(according to the built in led).just plug the dongle into your pc and install them then plug into pc usb(3,0)...no complaints after that tho and the 7.1 audio sounds awesome,would definetly reccomend

The sound is great and the fit and finish makes it very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. It also does a good job of filtering out any sort of background noise. All and all a solid purchase and I would recommend this product to anyone based of the value you get from the product. The only complaint I would have is the battery life is not that great. I have found it only last about 6 hours from a full charge and it takes a long time fully charge the battery. For this reason I mainly use the headset plugged into my computer and constantly charging. It's nice to be able to disconnect and walk into other parts of my home, but the range is not that great. There is a good chance the connection will be lost. I'll probably find more use for the wireless feature as a headset to use with my VR headset.
