the wireless connector goes bad over time, but the headset quality is great.

Ive been using these headphones for about 6 months now. I really like them very much my only one gripe being that I eventually started getting a soft static sound in the background. However, this was fixed by simply changing audio drivers. Otherwise, great headset, has very loud clean sound with great bass, the software is easy to navigate, and comes with different preset sound settings for different environments. (Movie Theatre, fps games, bass heavy, etc) The mic unfortunately isn't too great however this wasn’t a problem for me as I do have my own standalone microphone. But I never expect greatness from a built in headset mic in all fairness. Overall would recommend especially for the price, just keep in mind those two issues.

Good benefit for wireless, charging the battery on certain amount of hours, surround sound hearing on games, music, movies, and muting. The wireless, as everyone knows it already. Moving around house with the headset on the certain feet or meter, while talking with friend playing online, and more. When it comes to charging the battery, we have make sure that don’t over charge it. When it’s fully charge, just dismount the charging cable. Yes, I made a mistake before. It’s was fully charge while the time that I wasn’t using it. Replacing the battery doesn’t seem to cost must. The surround sound is good, I was playing 7 days to die, and I could the zombies from a distance. Including musics, and can adjust the balance of the amp on the iCue software, also movies. Muting is no problem, the mic on the left, all we have to do is to tilt the mic up, to unmute, tilt the mic down. Yes, when I put this headset on, I couldn’t hear the door bell, my mom, and my phone. Please aware to leave a little space open from your ears lol…

It’s a great headset, it never buffers or has issues with sound. Great for talking with friends or watching movies.

Very good headset overall I feel like the volume is a little low but they definitely muffle the outside world very good quality once you do some dettihh by adjustments

Brought these for my brother, since my other brother told me these were a good brand he was using (my brother that i gifted the headphones, was constantly getting a new wired headphones for his gaming console. While my second brother had his wireless for about 2 years) and it arrived safe and sound. I plan on getting one in the future also but probably white, lol. Since I was gifted a not a good brand of wire ones with a second plug attached for the lights last christmas (and the short plug for the lights...doesnt plug to my remote, lol, so its useless)... : /

I’ve used 300 dollar Turtlebeach’s and astros for the past decade. Just went from Astro A50s to these. 200 bucks cheaper and I almost like these more. Comfortable once you get the fitting right, sound great with windows spatial setting (yeah, I’m surprised too), mic feedback is good, friends can’t tell a diff in mic quality, light to show when muted, voice responses to tell you when you mute and when it’s shutting down to save battery. They’re just good. They last all day. 2 things. 1. The link lighting doesn’t work after you charge them via PC. 2. I have to turn the voice feedback off and on again for it to work, but a button on the headset solves this quickly. Still. A 9.5/10 headset! I think the CUE software that you need is the only thing holding them back, which could only be a issue on my computer.

Not a lot of volume options on PlayStation 5. The overall sound quality of the headset is very well designed. It’s sturdy, high quality sound, and pretty heavy.

works well have one for work, was going to order one from the site but needed a new one since my astro a40s were going out

Great headphones a little heavy but work great this is the second pair I have bought used the first pair until the battery wouldn't hold a charge.

Decent headset for the price. It's heavy and I have to find just the right way to wear it or it'll hurt my head. The battery life isn't bad but I'm used to other headsets that get 30 hours on a charge. I like that it's not Bluetooth which is the reason I picked it up. Recommend only for adults. It's too heavy for kids. Sounds quality is good but not amazing. Microphone works well but I use a standalone one so this doesn't get much use. Build quality appears to be really solid. I expect it'll last a long time. Wish it had USB-C but it wasn't a deal breaker.

This headset is pretty much everything I wanted as far as wireless with a eq they are comfortable to where for a long time as the battery easily lasts a whole day of gaming. The flip up mic to mute is nice and it also puts a red ring around the mic tip to let you know it is muted , the sound quality is decent and the mic seems to be clear but there is ONE thing I really didn't like and that was how loose they were when I was wearing them and I consider my self to have a little larger than average normal head and they were still loose especially when I swivled my head. And that not only annoying takes away from the sound emersion as it leaks sound and bass. If these were just a bit more of a tighter fit they would be a 5 star easily

Really great headphones for the price! It goes on sale pretty regularly. The fit isn't tight, it doesn't squeeze my head or ears. 10/10 Recommend

The sound is pretty good, mute on it as well sometimes will stay mute unless you put up and doen a few times (only happens in google teams) felt like it was too big on my head at first but over time felt more comfortable to wear! Battery life is good on it overall would perfer to have USB-C charging instead of micro but overall good headset

Good sound. Not too thrilled about the ability to double mute (triple if you count the mute in the meeting apps). But getting used to it. Really light headset and comfortable. Sometimes I forget I have them on after a call.

For an old gen headset on clearance it’s not bad. The only con for the price is the micro usb charging. I use it for work and it’s worth it for me.

The Quality and sound was top notch, it was what I needed and the cushion is very comfortable as well very Impressed!

Favorite set so far, I was a bit nervous about the battery life but its more than enough. Only complaint is there is no to usb-c for charging
