I like having a back up just in case one fails and quite possibly have a problem finding another set.

After trying them on in the store I quickly realized this was the headset for me. The sound is crisp clear and in Surround! The construction of the headset is well built but not too heavy for longer gaming sessions. They are Discord Certified which is big before me as I am a member of many channels and needed a seamless transition from my broken Razers to these. Thank you Corsair and Thank You Best Buy!

It just got way too loose if I turned my head i had to re adjust it. My ears held it up which ended up hurting. I got it on recommendation from others that really love this headset. I think my head is just too small. Otherwise great product

Sorry to hear! Hope you find something that works better for you. Not certain that our HS series headsets may be a fit, but try to see them in-store as that could be what you need.

My one complaint isn't with the headset itself; it's the wireless dongle. Be careful not to break it or mess it up as it feels cheaply made and the pairing button breaks easily. I had to break mine open on day 1 to re-pair my headset but I haven't had issues since then.
