The Corsair Void Wireless v2 comes with no instructions. There is a QR code on the box that is supposed to take the user to a manual, but it just goes to the generic Corsair website. I searched for the Void Wireless page, but it does not provide any links to a manual. This review is based on what I can figure out using a Windows PC. The headset comes with a USB-A dongle but also connects via Bluetooth. I used Windows Bluetooth to connect the headset to my PC. The headset uses Windows' Bluetooth capabilities with no added functionality. From what I can tell, there is no added functionality. A volume control on the left side of the headset works with the Windows volume control. There are also two buttons, power and a generic button that pauses and resumes audio. Perhaps the generic button does more, but it is trial and error without instructions. The headset also has a fixed boom microphone that mutes when flipped up. The headset has RGB lighting that changes randomly. I am not sure if and how the RGB pattern can be changed. The sound quality is good, and they are comfortable. They are a basic headset. When turned on, they do not automatically connect to the PC; I have to go into Bluetooth settings to connect them. Perhaps the experience is different with Mac, Mobile, PlayStation, or Switch.

Nice mid range headset from Corsair. This newer version of the void features Dolby atmos which sounded very good. Music audio quality is good but behind my higher cost music headphones. Gaming performance was very good and the microphone was fine. I attempted to use on a corporate pc for voice recognition but was unable to get the sound to work. I also had issues downloading the software on one of the testing laptops (x3). The software is fine and there is support for the lighting. I texted mostly on windows and the usb dongle is somewhat large (usb - a) and there is a cord supplied . Equalizer is unavailable if using the windows spacial sound. I find the headphones un uncomfortable after relatively short periods of use. This is primarily due to their tightness on my head. I typically wear one of the larger hat sizes. The unit does support Bluetooth and utilizing the 2.4 GHz wireless. There was zero latency on gaming. There is also reported support for mobile PlayStation and switch.

Not Full Dual Audio as Advertised

Overall not a bad pair of headphones. Build feels cheap but well made. Very light while wearing. Disappointed that it's advertised as dual audio. While yes, you can use the 2.4ghz wireless and Bluetooth at the same time. The audio on your Bluetooth is for calls only. You have to single press the power button to switch to calls and multimedia audio while connected to a phone Bluetooth connection, which turns off the 2.4ghz connection. Kind of lame, since I was hoping for a full dual audio solution between my cell phone and computer. Probably going to return.
