Great sound volume control is easy to work rechargeable via usb and wireless is awesome

Good crisp highs, decent lows, a very good range of sound. The surround sound is at best Meh... Don't really know about that jazz. Was a little difficult to charge the first time, because it never indicated it was at full charge, and the software doesn't tell you the charge level while the cable is plugged in. Other than that it's an absolute joy.

Corsair never lets you down. I had to charge the device all day the first time until the indicator was green. Just in case anyone reading this isn't sure.

Honestly this was a replacement to another popular headset that had broken several times and the store gave me in-store credit because that model was no longer available. I am so absolutely in love with this headset that I use it for VoIP calls ALL THE TIME and obviously for gaming and just enjoying YouTube ALL THE TIME. The quality of the build and their sturdiness is amazing!

For an entry level wireless headset, these things are pretty good. I've owned two wireless headsets in the same price range, and I will tell you right now. Unless you are buying top of the line, these headsets will eventually break on you. These do feel pretty sturdy, and if you are careful about taking them on and off they will last you a reasonable amount of time.

My husband purchased a set of these headphones for me over a year ago and I have enjoyed them so much that when his old gaming headphones died, we purchased the same ones I got for him as well. They are comfortable to wear for long periods, easy to adjust, and we never have issues with connection or clarity like we have had with other products. Clearly, we would buy them again.
