My room fluctuates alot and this stuff helps prevent hard spikes temps. Way better than the stand stuff. Go big or go home.

After cleaning off the old thermal paste from the old cooler, I applied this Corsair thermal paste on. I only needed to use about half the tube, which is great that I now have a bit extra to keep as a spare backup. This thermal paste was easy to use and was great value since I had some extra left over -- it's definitely more than you get in the typical small tube with a CPU cooler.

Good replacement in store for thermal paste

Replace with new Corsair XTM50 temps didn’t drop much 89C but cpu went from occasionally 2.6-2.8ghz to mostly staying at that speed when stressed. Factory is 2.4ghz, also once the cpu is idle it drops to more reasonable temperatures 58-60C as the cpu drops to 1.4ghz. Was looking for a different brand but I trust Corsair in general and it didn’t let me down. Glad it was in stock in store. Same heatsink cools cpu i5 TDP of 35w and gpu nvs 3100m

This tube contains enough paste for multiple applications. Used on a 2015 MacBook, 4 lenovo servers, 2 desktop gaming PCs…and I still have some left in the tube for a few more applications.
