Even Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Extreme is a walk in the park to apply and it's the best. I prefer to apply thermal paste directly to cpu rather than the AIO cooling block. This product wouldn't work. I only bought it because it was in stock rather than waiting a couple days for Thermal Grizzly products. That was a mistake and I am now waiting on the better product.

This is not good thermal paste

I thought it would be a good idea to use "higher quality" thermal paste now it just feels like I wasted my money. Not sure how it got so many positive reviews. It's thick and doesn't displace heat well. I used it on my 3080 and it seems to have pretty high temperatures. I used the other corsair thermal paste sold at bestbuy on my 3090 and it never hits the temperatures the 3080 does. I'm going to clean off this paste and just get some more of the cheaper paste.

Its pain in the neck to apply this paste . It gets hard as soon as you push it out of the tube . I was looking forward to try this paste and boy am i disappointed . I bought double pack and i have 1 full and most of the second tube left . Sorry Corsair but i have to say no to this . To be honest , i tried a little bit out of the second tube to make sure that is not only one tube bad . Nope , they were the same .

If the thermal paste is difficult to apply, you can place the tube in a cup of warm water to help loosen it's consistency for easier application. Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.corsairs thermal paste is not good it doesn't like to spread at all even with the included spreader. the keeper is garbage and far to thin to be of any practical use. even the keep out zone area is too small to fit all current processor manufactures ihs. for the price vs just the tube it should have included one for Ryzen and one for intel. Hell for the price it should have included some actual thermal paste too but I guess that's asking for too much.
