Okay-ish Thermal Paste for emergency use

A novice applying this type of thermal paste may experience some form of application issues. Thermals are good nonetheless and its readily available in most BestBuy stores.

Does the Job if cant find Artic

As a thermal compund it will do the conductive job perfectly fine as you would need it to. On the application front though corsairs compound is very thick and this make a nice even spread a daunting task. It so thick you often find yourself pulling it off trying to get the perfect even spread. I have used a couple of tubes of it with relatively new manufacturers dates on them so its not like its old paste its just how they make it. It will do the job just fine its available at a very good price at bestbuy but if you have the time to wait on shipping or a shop that sells Artic near you get the Artic they both preform the same but the Artic is easier to apply as its consistency is more manageable.

I used this for a high Watt CPU with no issues. the kit comes with all you need to make a clean application.

Corsair takes the guess work out of the equation of “do I have enough did I put on too little” they give you a template just line it up press the tape down and spread like directed. Problem solved
