CPU temps went down considerably, mostly from the CPU cooler, but we can say the thermal paste definitely helped.

If i overclocked my GPU and gamed on my cpu harder i would have kept this, but i dont...so i opted for the stuff thays 50% cheaper.

amazing thermal paste for CPU's
