Removed old thermal paste with 99% alcohol. Added this paste to cpu/gpu. Significantly reduced temperature of laptop

I then went with a different brand and repasted it and got an additional 4-5 for 11 total (Thermal Grizzly). This will do in a pinch however.

I did find that it was maybe a bit inconsistent some of it was thick and difficult to spread while some of it was very thin and easy to spread
