Good For Dot on an IHS, Bad For Manual Spreading

If you're using it on a normal CPU with an IHS cover (like most Intel and AMD consumer chips), this is the perfect compound to do a dot or a line and be safe. HOWEVER, I bought it to put on unlidded Xeons and GPU dies, and it's a huge pain to pre-spread with any tool. I can't fault the compound or Corsair (as manual spreading on a delidded die is likely not it's main designed task), but it's worth noting.

Cools down your CPU

This will hopefully help in cooling down the CPU. I did replace the paste on my HP Spectre 360 and it appears that the bottom of the laptop doesn't get as hot as before.
