If I want to be honest, I don't see the difference. but it could be hard to notice it since its use is barely visible.

I added a tad bit of this just for good measure, but I hope its more the cooling unit, than just the paste that has my system running acceptably cool!

The mixture is more puddy than paste. Keeps my I7 12700k with AIO cool enough. Cons: it is hard to spread. It is easy to use too much for the application.

This thermal paste dropped my CPU temp around 8-10° with the stock cooler. This paste has excellent spreadability and cleans up easy with some 91%+ ISO.

The CPU this was applied to has not overheated so I would say that is the best evidence you need for quality of this product.
