Re-thermaled my 5 year old laptop's gpu and cpu heatsinks. On load from before and after, I saw a reduction of about 10 degrees. No more thermal throttling either.

Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut is 12.5 watt per mk and is the same price

Plenty in the tube as well for several applications
