Good thermal, bad buy in the moment

Idk if it was meant to be like that or i got a bad one but it didnt work too well but with some effort and a lot of smearing i got it to work, down to the last drop

The temperatures were never stable. Never got under 40°C and would spike upto 55-60°C on idle, but the fans would bring it back down quick. I removed the AIO, the paste looked dried out, hard to explain. I'm pretty sure it was a bad batch.

Definitely not worth the money

In addition, my computer now sits idly at a much higher temperature than before. In addition, the big flat "applicator" is the worst I've seen of any kind as it kept scooping the paste off rather than flattening it.

After applying I was not confident this was a good option based on previous thermal paste applications so I cleaned it off with rubbing alcohol and used the paste provided with the PC parts I purchased.

It was hard and mostly dried out. I would not spread and when I used a bead and mounted the cooler it barely spread. Maybe buy direct from Corsair, but I ended up just using the paste that came with my AIO.
