    The item is compact and easy to assamble. However the window panel came for a long window not a short standard vertical one. Also this is an item that does not come directly from Best Buy. The next week the item was $20 less and when i tried to get the adjustment Best Buy reps told me that they could not honor my request because they were just mediators but Best Buy was the one with the promotion so go figure. I just think that the manager did not want to give it to me. If a store is promoting a discount it should be honor by the store when i bought the item the ones who process the payment was Best Buy not the business sending the item.

    It is easy to install and operate. It has to be close to a window, but retains the view.
