Love it so far. Used it for the last month emptying it daily for construction work ice chest, water cooler for football practice, camping trips and drinks. No issues whatsoever! Hooked it up to my unused washing machine water supply and drain in the man cave. Required an adapter to connect the water supply.

This item is sold by a 3rd party not Best Buy as such it is not covered by the total membership and only has a 14 day return policy as long as it hasn’t been opened once opened it is only returnable if the 3rd party seller accepts returns the one we bought was thrown sideways onto our porch I was instructed not to risk opening it as the seller may refuse a return request and there is nothing Best Buy will do if it doesn’t work.
Other online marketplaces have better prices for similar items if it’s not going to be guaranteed by the Best Buy total membership found one on another marketplace for more than $140 less and has a 30 day return period weather it’s been opened or not instead of 14 days as long as it hasn’t been opened the marketplace is a joke I will never buy 3rd party from your website again!
