    Fryer was larger than expect. Takes a large quantity of oil to reach the minimum level. Great for frying larger quantities of food, but too much oil required for smaller quantity of food. Does a very good job frying and maintaining temperature. Would be better if the lid attached to the fryer instead of just sitting on top. I bought on a half price sale. Not worth the full retain price.

    Good little fryer for the gluten free in my small place! Made them very happy to ve able to eat some foods that they can't eat because the other fryer is contaminated!
