The only things I think could possibly make it better is if the arm rests had more cushion and if the massager were also battery operated instead of USB cord. I would recommend and I am happy/excited about my purchase.

The seat is very small from the back rest to the end. The messaging unit has to be connected to a usb in order to work, no batteries.
