Until it isn’t, I don’t abuse my chairs at all but this one seems to wear really fast. Already starting to make noice (like it’s a chair that’s 4 years old). I’ve only had it for about 4 months so far. It’s pretty comfortable but if you want something that will last longer, look elsewhere.

Seems to be no way to lock armrests from turning. Thought the lumbar support / massage would be more than just a strap in pillow. Same as headrest. If it weren't such a pain would probably send it back
