The cashier at Cracker Barrel mentioned they have a lot of trouble with these for that reason. She advised me to call the number on the back of the card to request a replacement.

My grandchildren attempted to use them and were told the cards were too old and no longer valid. Don’t buy gift cards from Best Buy
