Motor seemed to get noisy and annoying. Had to return

I bought one of these units hoping to improve my air humidity. It definitely seemed to help. But that help was short lived. After a few weeks of use the unit developed a leak in the seam between the water chamber and the bottom of the chamber that rests on the base. I woke up one morning and water was everywhere. The price was so cheap that I didn't even bother to request a refund. Just not worth it. Look for units that have more robust build quality and that has a more accessible and functional handle.

Very let down by all there lower end products this is the third humidifier going on in less than six months and it's a point where I'm just going to bite the bullet and buy one for three or $400 that I laugh because now if I don't re-order all of them or find all the receipts this company will not replace the humidifiers under their warranty which I did send in and they told me that was not warranty paperwork so I feel like this company does not stand behind their products since the first time I plug this in and use the proper water it went everywhere

Purchased to help relieve allergies and sinus symptoms. The item broke after being used twice, also water reservoir over flooded as well

Dont let the cute style fool you. If your room is the size of a closet, it still wouldnt help.

It's hard to open to add water, and break down after 1 month

I found it flimsy and definitely something you would not want to have around children because it would be easy to knock over and have the water splattering all over.

It Works fine for smaller room.It's not noisy.Cleaning is not so difficult.

Love the humidifier, small, easy of use and easy to clean. Only bad thing is having to refill every few days ( i only use it at night) but overall love the product.

Water leaked everywhere, even if I did not turn it on. DO NOT BUY IT!

I think this must be the first edition off the line for the Droplet because mine still has kinks to be worked out. First, it does not come with a demineralization filter as described on the Best Buy website. Second, the filter that the box states can be used is incorrect and doesn't fit (this was acknowledged by the Crane rep when I called customer service). Third, the replacement filters they sent cause the humidifier to stop functioning at intervals. I think they need to take this model back to their engineers for refinement before it hits the shelves again...
