Works good quiet, as described would recommend ...

Works well and runs for a long time but is a little louder than just white noise. Not a lawn mower but louder than I would like, but I am a very light sleeper.

I got tired of pulling out the plug and carrying this humidifier to the kitchen every three days. The water just gets easily drained within 3 days of use. Our room is small. I put it on top of a tall table beside our bed. So I need to turn it little bit higher so it would reach us. However, it does work on sinuses. It eases the breathing. It helps! Just not convenient to put water inside because you have to carry the whole unit. I wish I can just pour water inside to fill it in thru a tube or something when it drains:-)lol not being lazy but is there a more convenient way?

I can breath better, no runny nose and my eyes don't water. The only thing I am not happy about is the temperature the room gets. I have to have the fan on my feet to balance my body temperature.

This is a sleek product although kind of expensive.

I bought this for the bedroom at night to keep from getting dried out. Unfortunately it is too loud to use overnight so, I haven't used it much since I bought it. (the fan has a whine to it)

I bought this little guy because he was on sale and pretty modern in style. So far it's worked great! My only complaint is that I wish it held more water. I have to refill it every other day.

This humidifier was selected over another at half the price because of the reviews I saw as well as its features. It has a large reservoir and actually lives up to the "whisper quiet" claim on the box. The shape is "different" but it was bought for a purpose, not looks. Would highly recommend it.

We had this model for a few years and it died. We replaced it with the same one and we were pleased to see that it uses far less water now. It makes our bedroom comfortable during cold winter nights. We use only distilled water. This isn't a big deal since the machine doesn't need a lot of water to run!

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend because he was waking up with headaches, due to dryness in his room from having the heat on. He said, this humidifier is the works great for him. No more headaches! He said one of the best Christmas gifts by far!! Kudos to me

Helps us sleep - I have used this item for more than a year and recently purchased two more for family. They also sleep and breathe better. I wish cord would detach for easier cleaning.

I purchased this for an elderly woman. The refill container is awkward and heavy for her to fill and carry. I wish the refill port was in the top instead of having to turn it over and carry it.

This is the third Crane humidifier we have purchased for our home. We have this one, the penguin one, and a smaller version of this one. They all work great and run quiet. I definitely recommend using distilled water as it helps prolong the life span of these humidifiers.

The plus: Nice looking and quiet. The minus: running 10+ hours in a small bedroom, with the whole house at 20% humidity, this unit could barely raise the level to 21%. I haven't tried running it 24 hours, with the bedroom doors closed all day, to see what happens. I'm an engineer and conclude that this product fails miserably at it's task. Maybe it needs to be placed directly next to the bed, and have it blow in your face to work. Either way, it's a failure.

Quiet but my husband complained about the high pitch noise. I saw mineral filter available but so far I clean according to the manual instruction. Steam release work well.

We use this humidifier in our bedroom which is 12x16. I fill it every day but it's easy because it's small enough to fit in the bathroom sink.

This is my second unit that I have purchased. The first was used every single day for about 3 years before it finally broke. But that's what happens when you drop it during moving. It functioned great up until then. I went straight back to buy the same one!!
