Works very well. Blows lots of steam and is very quiet.

This is my first humidifier. It is quiet and produces nice mist. In general I wake up feeling better. I am rather disappointed though with its function. It is cheaply made everything is wiggly and 3 parts just sit on top of each other without any click out other mechanical connection. Tank is sealed and impossible to clean and there is mold or algy at the bottom of the tank and there is no way to reach it to clean. There is no filter so I probably have minerals from the water in my lungs. I will replace it.

This unit doesn't cover very much area. The water vapor flows from its top and just falls straight to the floor. This would be on ok humidifier for one person if it was right next to you on a nightstand. Definitely returning it.

The switch malfunctioned 3 weeks after I purchased this humidifier so that the humidifier no longer operates. Best Buy would not allow a return on the product since I was 7 days outside of their 15 day return window. $40 for 3 weeks of humidification is ridiculous. I recommend steering clear of this product & Best Buy. Had I ordered from Amazon, I could have returned/exchanged it.

You need to be near this thing to feel any benefit. Not worth the money in my opinion.

I love this and the price was great. Not a lot of work with cleaning and no filter required.

I wish I could give it 0 stars... Got it home, plugged it in, worked for 2 hours then just shut off and wouldn't work again. Needless to say I won't be re-purchasing. I love the look of the drop but it's a bit ridiculous it worked so poorly!

I bought this for the cute factor. Reviews say quiet, but it's not. There is a low buzzing noise that perhaps others might be able to tolerate but I cannot. I had it on a dresser in a small bedroom and could hear it. Other than the buzzing, I liked it.

Not good! This is my third Crane ultrasonic humidifier. The first unit worked really well for the first 8 months. Then it stopped blowing mist. I called customer service and even though I didn't have the receipt, the customer service person was nice enough to send me a replacement which went bad in 3 months and since I didn't have a receipt, I couldn't get a replacement second time. This year, this humidifier was on sale on Best Buy so I went ahead and purchased a new one. This unit stopped blowing mist in 1 week! Just returned the unit yesterday and not buying this anymore EVER!

So I read all of the positive reviews to find that you can't judge this book by its cover. The product seems great at first until you use it for a couple of weeks. The unit stopped working after such s short time. I was not impressed so I got another one from the store. I ended up having the same luck. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, but the unit was clean and the second one broke also. I guess things just aren't made like they used to be. I took the second product back and purchased a different brand.

bought this one, and a Honeywell that uses a fan and filters with a humistat to measure. the crane barely changes the humidity enough to measure, the other one changes it 15% in a room 12x15. The crane is a waste of money, and it sends out a dust that settles on everything in the room like LA smog. The other costs about 12 bucks a year in filters but worth it.

This humidifier worked great for the first few months. Easy to maintain. Quiet. One day, though, the motor just seemed to go out. It was loud. Didn't run quite right. Not sure what happened.

Stopped working just under a month after purchasing. Not so great when it was working. It does not come with the demineralization cartridge. It can only be placed on specific surfaces which restricts the locations it can go.

I've returned this humidifier to best buy to get a new one 3 times. They would spontaneously stop working. I give up. I am currently looking for one that can last more than a year

The mist is great, the capacity is great, but the controls are cheap and not precise. The dial did not coincide with the actual operation, but I figured that was ok as long as I knew what the actual setting was, until it stopped operating at all because it did not know what it was set at. Many less expensive more reliable ones on the market.

This humidifier stopped functioning two days ago. I will need a replacement.
