contacted crane and was very pleased with response .sent me a new unit no questions asked ,I wish all companies treated their customers this way . five stars for crane.

Bought a similar model a year ago and it’s still running. Bought another one 4 weeks ago and it stopped functioning less than 3 weeks later.

Hard to fill with water. Seems to drip water all over when putting tank on or off.. Difficult to align tank exactly so that humidifier works properly.

Kept cleaning it everyday but it kept producing a white dust that kept getting every where, returned it after about a week.

It was broken after 4 months of use. They sent me a new one. Replacement is broken after 6 months. Never again.

Bought one and had to return it because it stopped working. The second one did the same. Got a refund.

I did not like this product at all. Tried it out for a few days and gladly returned it!

Ive had the product for less than a month and it no longer prduces mist vapor.

Works great but I wish it had an auto off. its easy to clean and easy to refill.

Not at all happy the humidifier worked through two tanks of water and hasn't worked sence.

Smelled like burned plastic. We even installed the extra filter. Ended up returning it.

Was excited to receive my item really not a great humidifier. Water leaked on area where it was blacked. Item pricey for quality.

Puts out a good amount of mist. Lasts through the night. Easy to fill and clean. Sits on my nightstand and mist gently falls over my side of the bed. Not silent but not terribly loud either. A good purchase especially on sale.

First READ the manual! We have natural gas heat which makes everything dry, and hard wood floors. Previously we had another brand which would leave condensation around the unit, not this one even says not to use with a towel under it. The unit instructes to rince out and dry once a day with weekly maintenance, with the output on medium I usually have to fill once a day. The filling is a bit bulky you cannot use the top as a handle it even says so you have to balance it under the water this has been my only complaint so far. The mist is cool so not to burn hands or paws if you have animals. I have had it running for three weeks so far and have it placed under my paintings that are not supposed to be near moisture. The mist is absorbed very quickly by the air if you leave on medium. When I had it on High (not what the instructions recommend but I was curious) the mist just fell to the floor. I plan on purchasing a second one to swap out and run during the weekly cleaning. I highly recommend this product for dry air.
