I really wanted this to be the one My son was having problems breathing. And I thought this would help. I only bought one to see how it worked. Then I was going to get 2 more. Sorry to say that I am glad I purchased the warranty. Because it stopped working within a week.

I have one of these from about 2 years ago and never had an issue. I bought a new one for another room in the house and it lasted less then 60 days. I saw other people complaining about their units dying but I had my first one for a while with no issue. I am wondering if they changed some components or something else, but I would not recommend anymore.

Product went back. Humidifier was not working at all when we received it. Gave 2 stars for fast shipping.

We got this for our son's room and it's perfect to keep the air moist at night.

Got this because my daughter was sick but you can't put the Vicks vapor stuff in it.

I bought in September 2016 and did not use it until mid December when my heater kicked in more often. after used for very few time now it is stopped working. Machine is still running but produces nothing. No mist no nothing even you stuck your nose in there and water level never move. Very disappointed

I bought this humidifier about 4 years ago and still work like a charm.

This is a great humidifier. I've purchase many other humidifiers over the years and none of them were good. The Crane humidifier is the best one yet. It's is a perfect size, very quiet and and you can control as little or as much humidity as you want. It's very easy to clean and you don't have to bother with those pricey filters. It's a very reasonable price too! Thanks Best Buy!

Picked up the item an 1-31-17 went to return it today 3-10-17 and was told it was to late we can no longer help you. you now have to deal with Crane the maker of the product.

Use it every night helps breath better would buy it again
