Picked up the item an 1-31-17 went to return it today 3-10-17 and was told it was to late we can no longer help you. you now have to deal with Crane the maker of the product.

contacted crane and was very pleased with response .sent me a new unit no questions asked ,I wish all companies treated their customers this way . five stars for crane.

Bought a similar model a year ago and it’s still running. Bought another one 4 weeks ago and it stopped functioning less than 3 weeks later.

Hard to fill with water. Seems to drip water all over when putting tank on or off.. Difficult to align tank exactly so that humidifier works properly.

Kept cleaning it everyday but it kept producing a white dust that kept getting every where, returned it after about a week.

It was broken after 4 months of use. They sent me a new one. Replacement is broken after 6 months. Never again.

Bought one and had to return it because it stopped working. The second one did the same. Got a refund.

I did not like this product at all. Tried it out for a few days and gladly returned it!

the product works well enough - the water tank lasts at least 18-24 hours even when it's running at full blast; much longer if less than that. Very quiet, and blends in with the room because of the colors and packaging (it's not big & black or making a bunch of noise.) I probably need a bigger one to notice a difference in the humidity levels because of the size of my bedroom, but what it adds is better than nothing.

Ive had the product for less than a month and it no longer prduces mist vapor.

Not at all happy the humidifier worked through two tanks of water and hasn't worked sence.

Smelled like burned plastic. We even installed the extra filter. Ended up returning it.

I bought it 2 years ago. Now it makes noise when using.

Bought this unit just after Christmas with the temps falling and the humidity tanking. Few pros and cons like others have listed. Pros: Small and easily portable Cool air makes it safe for anyone/anything Works great in the bedroom Cool blue design. Cons: End up refilling 2x-3x per day. Hard to find a good surface at times. Didn't purchase this unit with a large room/whole house in mind and I'd be a little misguided to expect such a unit for only $50. Does fine with any small-medium rooms. The design can make it a little awkward for carrying. You'll also want to keep a towel nearby when you take the top off as there will be a bit of precipitation. All-in-all, a good unit that does the job.
