A wonderful movie showcase the Rich Asian's life style!

A great movie with incredible performances from a great cast. One of the great things about movies, and art in general, is that it can introduce you to things you’re not familiar with. This is definitely a world I know nothing about. The story itself is the classic fish out of water trying to find acceptance, etc. tale. But it’s presented in a very fresh way with this story of mega rich families in Singapore.

I purchased The Crazy Rich Asians ( Blue-ray ) 2018 movie November 30 2020 invited both of my daughter and granddaughter and the rest of my family to watch the hilarious filled with great well known hilarious actors. We just could not stop laughing, my daughter loved it so much they're thinking in purchasing the movie for themselves and watching it again with their friends

Movies I have seen in the past with all-cast Asian actors were predominantly action-packed, martial arts films, the dialogue of which were all English dubbed. Actually, I have quite a few in my Blu-ray collection. I saw the previews for this movie in the theater and decided to see it. And I did. Okay, so the characters primarily spoke English. But, there is a vast English-speaking Asian-American population in New York, where I have lived for over 20 years, so I did not find the movie unrealistic. It is a feel-good film with many funny moments and I enjoyed it.

Fun movie despite a thin plot with some silly features and some characters and scenes that are oddball and quirky. Recommended for anyone wanting a fun romantic comedy that does not require paying attention to plot details. Not recommended for anyone who likes movies with realistic plots and character development.

Great movie for the young and old at heart!! I love watching this movie over and over again. If you like love stories this is a great movie. It’s so done to earth. I have plans to use their wedding song for my daughter’s wedding when she is ready!! I would recommend this movie to my friends and family!

It’s a beautiful movie, the only bad thing was the quality of the blue ray dvd. I bought the dvd at the store and also via BestBuy app(both with defect at the same scene) The dvd came with a defect, we couldn’t watch the entire movie because it would stop and wouldn’t let go forward or back. I had to return the dvd.

This film is about a young lady named Rachel Chu and her boyfriend Nick Young - who she doesn't know is a member of the richest family in Singapore. Thats where the fun begins! What was just supposed to be a visit for a friend's wedding becomes a story of family love and self discovery.
