Works great. Was easy to assemble and pretty simple to use. It’s not very loud while printing. Can print from phone using Creality cloud. Lots of free models to print

Would not buy again. Got this to replace a Bambu A1 mini. Wanted a larger build volume and reviews made it sound like the V3 KE was a capable machine. It is not even able to print out of the box with a .2mm nozzle without tinkering and getting alternate slicing software. Larger pieces are fine, but smaller, more detailed works on this printer have failed 100% of the time. Adhesion is fine, it just botches every smaller print about 10-20 layers in. The A1 mini “just worked” for miniatures. The KE never has.

Purchased for my 9 year old and sonfar its been great. We wanted something more simple and cheap for his first time as we lean how all this works. No issues with the printer (all issues have been with the print designs and not the printer). Note: check to make sure the power connection is correct, it was not ser for US and thankfully the instructions tell you to switch it before plugging in.

Do not buy this printer unless you are willing to spend endless hours troubleshooting and disassembling with YouTube tutorials. Creality customer support is a joke, and they are in China. I tried to actually cancel the purchase minutes after ordering, but the Best Buy app glitched and wouldn’t let me. Instead of returning, I decided to just go with it. Now, it is not functioning. $300 for a plastic pokeball and a couple of plastic cable clamps. Oh well- fun while it lasted, about a month. Don’t waste your money. There are cheaper, better brands out there that are easier to use with better customer support.

The printer itself and the software works great. The customer service at BestBuy is horrendous. When I picked up the printer I didn't realize that the white filament that was supposed to come with the combo package was missing. When I tried to get the filament I was told by a district manager, who kept telling me about his 22 years with BestBut, that there was nothing he could do unless I returned the whole machine. This even thought the filament comes packaged separately. No "can do" attitude.

AWFUL. STAY AWAY AT ALLLLL COST. I’m dead serious DO NOT THINK YOU WILL get a working one. Bestbuy is selling all the broken ender 3’s. It’s obviously by the reviews. I thought I’d be the lucky one. No. These are all junk and you can’t return them after buying. RUN AWAY

I bought a creality ender 3 about 2 years ago. Set it up following directions got to the auto leveling. Should be easy it's says auto... got an error submitted a support ticket couldn't get any helpful advice. Was told it's probably defective to return it. Great my money wasn't wasted. Haha joke on me, got a replacement set it up. Same error with the auto leveling. It's been sitting in my garage now for a year because i live in a small town abs can't find anyone local to see if we can find a way to fix the error. On the plus side i bought an aoseed xmaker. They say it's a beginner and kid friendly printer. And it is great. Easy to use. Does everything i need. It's been running 24 hours a day for the last 3 days since i set it up

I've had a few 3D printers before, but this one was by far one of the easiest to set up. A lot of 3D printers tend to have a lot of gimmicks and extra unnecessary stuff, but this one gets right to the point. One of my favorites so far.
