Terrible Customer Service

Prints fast, and easy, once you get it set up. The reason for the 1-star review though, is Creality themselves. They have terrible customer service. Trying to contact them is near impossible, and when you do finally (hopefully) get a human, they don't really understand English. As a former university professor in China, I know there are thousands of people who can speak and understand English there. Their rewards system is also a scam. They list many things you can redeem for, but they are chronically out of stock, when they are digital items they issue. If you are just looking for a cheap printer, sure, go ahead. However, if you are looking for a company that actually wants more than just a single sale and offers true support, go somewhere else.
