The network works great overall and is a good replacement for an expensive Tmobile/Att/Sprint cards. The setup was pretty smooth but required to be with the customer service for about 45 mins. I don't like being on the phone and that was my only point of friction. Beware: If you don't have auto-recharge enabled, you might have to pay a $5-$15 penalty for reactivating the line

Yes, it was easy to set up, but I started getting spam calls within just 30 minutes! Now I am getting 6 or more a day. I never got that many with my old number with Verizon. :( Price is right, and so far no coverage/service problems, but is the spam worth it? Thinking not. :( There needs to be a Not Sure option in this survey/review under the "Recommend this to a friend" section.

I received this card as a gift from buying a cell phone on bestbuy.com. I was able to log into my mom's cricket account and pay her monthly bill. The card worked as expected.

I am already a cricket custom so I can apply the refill card to my balance. The SIM has not value to me but nonetheless it diminishes the $50 discount benefits. Also BB charges sales tax on refill card.

Reward zone and shopkick help with holiday shopping. My only complaint is when I buy the refill card in the store I have to pay state and county taxes which add to the cost.
